Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week. Monday - Friday we are open from 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday we are open from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Last wash is at 6:00 p.m.
We are closed on all Federal Holidays.
Yes. There is always an attendant on hand if you need assistance.
Our laundromat is a coin and card store.
Yes, we have machines that are large enough to handle your bigger items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime during our operating hours.
We use only premium brand products when we wash your laundry. We use Tide, Gain, All, All Free & Clear, Downy, Bounce, Snuggle, and Clorox.
If you want your clothes washed and dried and NOT folded it is only $1.50/lb. If you want our wash, dry, fold service it is $2.25/lb.
If you need your clothes back the same day, they must be dropped off by 10:00 a.m. and wash & dry is $2.00/lb. and wash, dry fold, is $2.50/lb.
Our wash & dry service has a 16-pound minimum and our wash, dry fold service has a 10-pound minimum.
If you drop off your laundry before 4:00 p.m. they will be ready the next day. If you want same day turnaround there is an additional cost, and laundry must be dropped off by 10:00 a.m.
We never wash your clothes with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
If you know that you would like regular wash, dry & fold pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.25 a pound. If you don't want to commit to a schedule you can use our service on an as needed basis for $2.50 a pound. Our wash, dry and go (wash & dry, no folding) service is $1.75 a pound. There is a $4.00 delivery fee.
The minimum order for all of our pickup and delivery services is $40.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you on the next delivery day. Friday pickups are returned on Tuesday.
You do NOT need to be home. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
We do not have you sign any contract, and you can cancel at any time. Because we know you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you create your order, we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can always log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
